Joshua 21:21 makes me wonder if the Levites being given several cities of refuge means only Levites could live there, or if murderers could still find refuge there. Could the Levites invite other people to live there with them besides their wives/daughters? Wonder if the murderers had a choice, would they rather live in a city of refuge with Levites or non Levites?
