This is a tool to help you read through the Bible in a year. Each day there is a reading from The Old Testament, The New Testament, Psalms, and Proverbs. There is also a place to add comments on what you've read. Just click on the date and you will see any comments posted. Click the scripture verses to read the passage.
Wow - what do you say about that?

It's so interesting to me to know that the name Israel means "one who wrestles with God and man and wins". Jacob had his name changed to Israel after he wrestled with God in the form of a man. The nation of Israel has always wrestled with God in the form of man. Jesus is a stumbling block for them. This is such a prophetic story. I read it three times because it is so interesting.
